Non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS) - symptoms and how to test

Those who do not have celiac disease or a wheat allergy but have gastrointestinal and other symptoms after consuming gluten-containing foods have a condition known as non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS).
